Trey Anastasio took the stage with Tim Reynolds Friday at Higher Ground in Winooski, VT. Anastasio sat in for a prog-rock version of Peter Gabriels Red Rain, which featured dueling guitar solos throughout. Both Tim and Trey appear on Dave Matthews new solo disc, Some Devil, released last week. Matthews will likely tour in support of the album later this year, although his backing band has not yet been confirmed. Look for an announcement in the next couple of weeks.
