The Derek Trucks Band will play a CD release show tonight at Baylees in Blacksburg, VA. The group is celebrating the release of Joyful Noise, its debut on Columbia Records. It features guest appearances by percussionist Count M’Butu (Aquarium Rescue Unit) and vocalists Susan Tedeschi, Solomon Burke, Ruben Blades and Rahat Fateh Ali Khan. Anyone that purchases a CD at tonights show will also have the opportunity to meet Trucks and get their CD signed. The album is in stores now.
