What will you remember most about 2013?
Working, working, working. I worked the entire year. Between Tiny Universe, Slightly Stoopid and Greyboy All-Stars releasing a record this year it was a lot of shows and a lot of travel.
What album or albums have you listened to this most this past year?
Jack White Blunderbuss, Fat Freddy’s Drop: Blackbird
What was your favorite show or tour in 2013?
I finally got to see Jack White. Incredible!!
What emerging band should readers watch out for in 2014?
Tauk is pretty cool.
Any big plans in the works for 2014?
Been doing a lot of writing already getting ready for another Tiny Universe release. Hope to have it finished by the end of 2014

What will you remember most about 2013?
2013 was the year we spent in the van. We covered about 150,000 miles. Went thru an engine and played about 300 gigs and made a new record. We opened for Clutch, Fishbone, Primus, and Umpherys McGee. It was a year of rock. I also made a record with Johnny Vidacovich and James Singleton.

Clutch – Earth Rocker, Meridian Brothers – Deseperanza, Escola De Samba – Fantastica Batucada, Slayer – Reign in Blood, Eric Dolphy – Conversations
What was your favorite show or tour in 2013?
All the previous mentioned tours. Also, our festivals hits were pretty energetic.

Red Fang
Any big plans in the works for 2014?
We are going to release a new record on Royal Potato on April 1. Mike Dillon Band will hence forth be known as Mike Dillon’s Band of Outsiders.
We plan on doing a tour with Jacob Fred Jazz Odyssey on the West Coast and Colorado.
I will also finish reading Don Quixote.
