Mumford & Sons at the Ramble. Photo by Allison Murphy
Levon Helm returned to the stage this past weekend following a recent medical treatment. Helm hosted his regular Midnight Ramble in Woodstock, NY, with special guests Mumford & Sons opening the night. During their support set, Mumford & Sons invited out Felice Brothers founder Simone Felice for most of their set. Felice and the members of Mumford & Sons returned to the stage at the end of Helm’s show to perform on the classic Band cut “The Weight.”
Helm has also confirmed a series of Midnight Rambles as well as his annual birthday celebration. This year’s birthday show will take place at Kingston, NY’s Ulster Performing Arts Center on May 25.
