On Jan. 28, Mike Gordon will bring his solo band to the Boulder Theater in Boulder, Colo. As a special treat to fans, Gordon will be offering a free webcast of the sold-out show, available to watch on LivePhish.com.
Gordon’s tour thus far has included debuts of new material, unique covers and guest horn sections. In addition, in a recent interview with the St. Louis Post Dispatch, the bassist opened up about a number things concerning Phish, his namesake solo band and – most notably – his impending reunion with guitarist Leo Kottke.
Tune into the webcast of Gordon’s Boulder gig here, which will begin at 8 p.m. MT.

January 29, 2020 at 5:37 pmDid you watch it? I’m a huge Phish fan but I’ve never really gotten into the MGB… however, being free, I decided to tune in for the 1st set last night (east coaster with a day job) and I was shocked at just how good they were. I’ll be the first to admit, Mike has a limited vocal range and it seems best suited for his Phish turns at singing but, at least for the 1st set, the music was on fire 95% of the set. Mike’s vocals ranged from “ouch” to sounding as good as I think he does in Mike’s Song. Last night, each member was a solid contributor.
