Trumpeter Steven Bernstein will play six shows with Medeski, Martin & Wood this spring. Bernstein will join the trio April 12 at The Fillmore in Denver, CO, April 19 at the Wiltern Theatre in Los Angeles, CA, April 20 at The Warfield in San Francisco, CA, April 22 and 23 at the Crystal Ballroom in Portland, OR, and April 24 at the Paramount Theater in Seattle, WA. Bernstein also appears on MMWs forthcoming album, Uninvisible, due April 9 on Blue Note Records. The album also features Col. Bruce Hampton (vocals), Danny Blume (guitar), Brad Roberts (vocals), Eddie Bobe (percussion), DJ Olive (turntables), the Antibalas horns and DJ P-Love, who will also perform select shows with the band.
