Tenor saxophonist Joshua Redman joined String Cheese Incident last night at the Boulder Theatre in Boulder, CO. Redman took the stage at the end of the first set for Up on the Canyon, MLT and Black and White -> Daryl. He then returned in the second set for Freedom Jazz Dance and Little Hands, which segued into Birdland.
The concert was part of a benefit screening party for the new String Cheese Incident documentary, Waiting For the Snow to Fall. All proceeds from the event are being donated to charity.
String Cheese plays the Bill Graham Civic Auditorium in San Francisco on December 28, 29 and 31. Complete details on the New Years Eve Time Travelers Ball are available through the bands official website.
