Jazz Mandolin Project has announced plans for a new studio album, titled Jungle Tango, due out March 25 on the groups label, Lenapee Records. At the end of march JMP will hit the road for a CD release tour, which will continue through most of April. The bands new website will be launched in the coming weeks as well.
Mandolin player Jamie Masefield will perform with the Stanziola/Masefield Quartet February 12 at the The Waiting Room in Burlington, VT. The foursome will be playing the music of Benny Goodman.
