moe. has confirmed plans for the 4th annual moe.down festival. The event will return to Turin, NY over the weekend of August 29 31. Additional acts will be announced in the coming weeks. Early Bird tickets go on sale April 1st.
In other news, the groups holiday album, Seasons Greetings from moe. won an Indie Award at last weeks Insight and Sounds convention in Orlando, Florida. The event was produced by The Association for Independent Music. Other winners included Susan Tedeschi in the category of Electric Blues for Wait for Me and Alison Krauss in the category of Bluegrass for Union Station Live.
