The initial roster of performers has been announced for Bonnaroo NE. The event will take place August 8-10 on Long Island at Enterprise Park in Riverhead. The Dead will close out its summer tour at Bonnaroo with two nights of performances. Other artists include Dave Matthews & Tim Reynolds, Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers, Yo La Tengo, The String Cheese Incident, Gov’t Mule, Medeski Martin & Wood, moe., The Disco Biscuits and Yonder Mountain String Band. The full list of participants can be found at the festival web site with additions expected in the days to follow. Tickets for the event will go on sale Wednesday May 7.
