Chris and Oliver Wood, collectively known as the Wood Brothers, have spent a good deal of time over the year both writing and performing throughout the northeast. On March 7, the paired performers will issue their debut studio recording, _Ways Not To Lose _, on Blue Note Records. John Medeski, who knows a bit about all things Wood, has been tapped as the album’s producer and, perhaps, may make an appearance on the disc as well. Before then, the Wood Brothers plan to release a live EP and mount a brief outing in December
