Kettle Joes Psychedelic Swamp Revue will hit the road spring and summer for a series of dates in several different corners of the country. A new supergroup featuring Donna Jean Godchaux, Mookie Siegel, Wendy Lanter, and The Zen Tricksters, Kettle Joe grew out of a jam session hosted by the Rex Foundation last November. Since then, the group has crafted a setlist which mixes new originals with Dead-chestnuts, along with a few scattered covers. The group will kickoff its spring tour at Florence, ALs The Shoals Theater. Later in the summer the group will perform at Baltimore, MDs 8×10 (6/23), Pulaski, NYs The Gathering III (6/24), Garrettsville, OH Gratefulfest (7/2), Veneta, ORs Oregon Country Fair (7/8), Eugene, ORs John Henrys (7/10),New York, NYs The Canal Room (7/20), Miton, PAs A Bears Picnic (7/21), Amagansett, NYs the Stephen Talkhouse (8/16), Sellersville, PAs Sellersville Theater (8/17) and Mariaville, NYs The Gathering of the Vibes (8/19).
