The former New Groove of the Month Raisinhill will return to the stage in June. Despite a New Groove Jammy nod, a JamOff win and a few years of successful touring, the Connecticut-based trio began an extended hiatus following the departure of drummer Jay Bond. After some downtime, guitarist John Kasiewicz and bassist Brian Anderson have decided to return to the stage and will perform a series of gigs around their hometown, including appearances at Danbury, CT on June 3 and Milford, CT on June 22. In-between, Raisinhill guitarist John Kasiewicz will open for the Zen Tricksters with a solo set at the Bridgeport, CT s Acoustic Cafe in on June 15.
