Starting on December 27 in Boston, Soulive will embark on a five show year-end tour. At these performances the group will be playing some of the material from its next recording which is slated for a mid-2007 release. As a result, the band has decided that for these five shows, it will not permit audience taping. From Boston Soulive will travel to New York and Philadelphia for shows with Talib Kweli, and then to Washington D.C. on December 30 and 31 for two evenings of gigs with the Greyboy Allstars.
