After experiencing a “mild stroke” in August, and cancelling three performances, Dickey Betts’ manager David Spero had previously mentioned that the Allman Brothers co-founder is on the mend.
Now, according to a post on Betts’ Facebook page, the guitarist’s recovery is “ahead of schedule,” and “he has already started playing his guitar again.”
Betts has also added a makeup date for his cancelled Aug. 30 New Hampshire show, rescheduling it to Nov. 9.
See below for Dickey Betts’ newly updated tour schedule.
Visit his official website for more information.
Dickey Betts Tour Dates
Nov. 1 – Bell Auditorium – Augusta, GA
Nov. 3 – Pompano Beach Amphitheater – Pompano Beach, FL
Nov. 5 – Ruth Eckerd Hall – Clearwater, FL
Nov. 9 – The Hampton Beach Casino – Hampton Beach NH
Jan. 6 – Southern Rock Cruise – Tampa Bay, FL
