After a relatively quiet year for the otherwise prolific artist, Ty Segall has delivered new tour dates slated for spring 2024. The impending run will begin on Feb. 20 and consists of a two-night stand at San Francisco’s Great American Music Hall prior to a cross-country trek, ending in May. The artist also shared a new single, “Void,” and the official music video.

Following the initial nights in The Golden City, Segall will drop down to Solana Beach, Calif., for a show at Belly Up on Feb. 24. After some time away from the stage, the musician will turn up at 191 Toole in Tucson, Ariz., on April 19. He’ll follow up the next night in Albuquerque, N.M., before the looming Southern leg of the tour, which will take him to Jackson, Miss., followed by a stint at the Brooklyn Bowl in Nashville, Tenn., on April 24.

In continuation of this leg of the journey, Segall and his band will play at The Orange Peel in Asheville, N.C., on April 26 before popping up to Washington, D.C., on April 27. The alt-rock stalwart arrives in Philadelphia next, followed by an appearance at New York’s Webster Hall on April 29. After kicking off the month of May in Boston, Segall will take part in a pair of Canadian gigs slated for Montreal and Toronto.

Back in the U.S., the tour will resume in Cleveland on May 5, followed by a concert at  Chicago’s Thalia Hall the next night. On May 7, a show is scheduled for The Waiting Room in Omaha, Neb. Then, on May 9, they’ll play at the Gothic Theatre in Englewood, Colo., prior to the final tour stop on May 11 at Harlow’s in Sacramento, Calif.

As mentioned, today’s tour news was paired with the release of a new single, “Void,” and the official music video directed by the artist and his wife, Denée Segall. The visual equalizer touches on the atmospheric nature of the track, an artsy display of playful cuts that piece together the song’s narrative that burgeons into a psychedelic dimension.
