Tomorrow, Tuesday, May 23, the Greenwich Town Party will host its first-ever parade, which will occur at 5:15 p.m. E.T., on Greenwich Ave., in Greenwich, Conn. The parade arrives before the main event, slated to happen on May 27, featuring an all-star lineup of industry talent.

Before the launch of the all-day musical gathering, Greenwich Town Party’s official parade will bring out Preservation Hall Jazz Band members, who will lead student musicians, local non-profit organizations, and more along the parade route.

Following the parade, a party will be held at Havemeyer Field, located behind the Town Hall, offering live music and local dining options, ranging from food carts to regional restaurant staples. The pairing of Tuesday’s festivities comes before Saturday’s attractions.

After the weekday fun, on May 27, an assembly of talent, including the aforementioned Preservation Hall Jazz Band, will host a super jam, in addition to fellow headliners, The Revivalist, Mavis Staples, and the Dirty Dozen Brass Band.
