Psych-rock unit, Unknown Mortal Orchestra, have unveiled a set of tour dates slated to take place this spring in support of their forthcoming double album. Also shared by the band is their latest single, “I Killed Captain Cook,” as a first glimpse of what’s to come on the group’s forthcoming release.

The tour will kick off on March 20 in Spokane, Wash., at the Knitting Factory and will continue to Portland, Ore., when the band takes a stand at McMenamins Crystal Ballroom on March 22. Next, they’ll trek back up to Seattle for a March 25 gig at the Moore Theatre. Then, the musicians have four dates across The Golden State, starting at the Ace of Spades in Sacramento, Calif., on March 27 and concluding at the Hollywood Palladium in Los Angeles on April 1. 

The group will continue across the United States, with one stop at the Queen Elizabeth Theatre in Toronto on April 11, followed by two consecutive nights at Webster Hall in New York City on April 13 and 14. Next, they’ll round out their North America tour dates with shows at the 9:30 Club in Washington, D.C., on April 18, The Fillmore in Philadelphia on April 21 and one last U.S. performance at the new Roadrunner venue in Boston on April 22. 

After a month off the road, Unknown Mortal Orchestra will pick back up with five U.K. dates starting at De La Warr Pavillion in Bexhill on Sea on May 30 and the O2 Academy in London on May 31. The band will finish off their latest set of 2023 tour date with three shows in June, beginning at the Albert Hall in Manchester on June 15, followed by a show at the Stylus in Leeds, U.K. on June 16, and lastly, a gig at Galvanizers Yard in Glasgow, Scotland on June 17.
