The Greyboy Allstars have announced they will ring in the New Year with a three-night stand slated for Dec. 29 through 31 at The Casbah in San Diego. The imminent stint of shows in The Golden State will mark the band’s 30th anniversary and scheduled to occur in their hometown.

The soul-jazz collective comprised of Karl Denson (saxophone, flute), Elgin Park (guitars), Robert Walker (keys) Chris Stillwell (bass) and Aaron Redfield (drums) will be joined by DJ Greyboy–who the band is named after– for the forthcoming run of concerts.

Moreover, the late-December shows will also function as the kick off celebration for he band’s 30th anniversary. The milestone occurrence comes after the group’s 1993 formation, and three-decades of on stage success.
