Widespread Panic have announced their return to the storied Riverside Theater in Milwaukee, Wis. The band shared they will descend up the Midwest location for a three-night run beginning on Oct. 21 and concluding on Oct. 23.
The ensemble’s return to the Riverside Theater will mark their 40th through 42nd performances at the fabled venue, stemming from their first gig at the location, which took place in 2006. The band’s forthcoming run will land during the city of Milwaukee’s “Widespread Panic Day,” which was declared by the city’s mayor, Tom Barrett, to commemorate the band’s 15th year performing at Riverside Theater, in 2021.
Following Widespread Panic’s stand in Milwaukee, the band will travel back to their home state of Georgia, for two nights of music in celebration of Halloween weekend at the Enmark Arena in Savannah, Ga., on Oct. 28 and 29. Then, they’ll remain off the road until Dec. 30 and 31, when they’ll ring in the New Year at Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Tenn. To round out the band’s forthcoming tour dates, they’ll turn up South of the Border for their annual Panic en la Playa in Rivera Maya, Mexico, beginning on Jan. 14.
Tickets to the newly-announced, three-night shows in Milwaukee, Wis., will be available at 10 a.m. C.T. on Aug. 19 at widespreadpanic.com.
