Today, beloved Phish tribute band Runaway Gin announced they will embark on a tour this fall and detailed a new musical direction. The tour announcement comes on the heels of their ongoing summer tour; momentum from their recent live shows has given them the inspiration for musical evolution and spirit to continue touring.

During their fall tour, Runaway Gin will debut a new concept called Makisupa Police, Man, which will interweave the music of the Police and choice Sting cuts with the music of their beloved inspiration Phish. They’ll kick off their tour at Gottrocks in Greenville, S.C., on Sept. 8 before performing in Asheville, N.C. and Murfreesboro, Tenn., on Sept. 9 and 10, respectively.

They’ll then make their debut Makisupa Police, Man performance at the Charleston Pour House in Charleston, N.C., on Sept. 24 and continue to explore the musings of the English rock band through the end of their tour except for a show in Roanoke, Va. on Nov. 12. During their tour they’ll make stops at beloved cities like Atlanta, New York, Baltimore, Md. and more until their final show at the Visulite Theatre in Charlotte, N.C. on Dec. 3.

Tickets for Runaway Gin’s fall tour will be available today, July 19 at noon. Find tickets here.
