Dark Star Orchestra have shared dates for their Summer 2022 Tour, beginning on July 2 at Stratton Mountain Resort in Stratton Mountain, Vt. The band will see seven additional stops following the tour opener, spanning from coast to coast.

After an evening in The Green Mountain State, Dark Star Orchestra will continue their tour in Hyannis, Mass., on July 3. Then, the band will make a final East Coast stop at Jeezum Crow Festival in Jay. Vt., before jumping from one coast to the other.

Dark Star Orchestra will embark on the West Coast leg of the tour beginning on July 30 at Hayden Homes Amphitheater in Bend, Ore. Then, they will head south to Jacksonville, Ore., for a one-night stand at the Britt Pavilion, before making their way to California for the final three stops of the summer run.

The first of their California dates will see the band perform at Mountain Winery in Saratoga, Calif., on August 4. Then, Dark Star Orchestra will then pop up at The Days Between on August 5 through 6 in Laytonville, Calif. The tour’s final stop will feature a gig in Selbyville, Del., on August 16.

The summer run comes before Dark Star Orchestra travels to Europe in mid-September for their European Tour, which kicks off on Sept. 13 at Shepherd’s Bush Empire in London. Dark Star’s European Tour honors the Grateful Dead’s 50th anniversary of their seminal run of shows, resulting in the San Francisco icon’s live triple album, Euro ’72. Read the full story here
