Iconic Texas PBS tv program Austin City Limits shared a 90-minute broadcast to celebrate its 7th annual Hall of Fame inductees. Those honored this year include Alejandro Escovedo, Lucinda Williams and Wilco.

Rosanne Cash awarded Wilco with their award, she expressed her joy and honor to be asked to present the award before saying: “Some bands have mastered the art of being subversive without being destructive, some have found the grace to command the spotlight without flash, and some know-how to dismantle an audience’s expectation in order to lead us to a bigger version of ourselves and a larger understanding of our own hearts… that band is Wilco.” She continued to talk about the heart of the band and their hard work. After Cash’s eloquent speech, and accepting the award Wilco took the stage displaying exactly why they’ve been asked to perform by the program four times prior.

Austin City Limits‘ broadcast also featured guest appearances by Jason Isbell, Margo Price and Sheila E. The online program features additional performances from artists that were not featured on the televised broadcast.
