Tomorrow, Apr. 10, Backline will present its first benefit livestream, dubbed Set Break. The marathon broadcast will kick off at 2 p.m. ET and will be streamed live for free on The Relix Channel on Twitch.

Backline has unveiled the schedule for the event, which will feature such performers as Bob Weir & Wolf Bros, Alanis Morisette, Leon Bridges, Black Pumas, Galactic and many more.

The event also recently added to the lineup; Rage Against the Machine’s Tom Morello will make a special appearance, and Wyclef Jean & Jerry Wonda, Fruition’s Mimi Naja, phoffman and more have been added to the bill as performers.

“Set Break will demonstrate the music industry’s resilience, more than a year after the
pandemic devastated our livelihoods,” Backline’s Executive Director Hilary Gleason said in a statement. “Backline has provided a safe place to land for industry workers during this time, and the event will bring together fans, artists, and organizations who all believe in the cause and want to create a safer and more supported environment for music to thrive.”

“It’s truly awesome to see artists from all corners of the musical landscape come together to
speak to such an important cause for our community,” added Joshua Knight, Backline’s Chairman of the Board.
