For this week’s installment of their Dinner And A Movie broadcast series, Phish will stream their Oct. 20, 2013 show at Hampton Coliseum in Hampton, Va. The show was part of the band’s 2013 Fall Tour.

The featured recipe this week is a breakfast-for-dinner selection: biscuits and gravy and gingerbread pancakes, courtesy of Penny Cluse Cafe in Burlington, Vt. Check out the full recipe below.

According to the band’s post: “Our beneficiary this week is World Central Kitchen. Donate anytime at phish.com/waterwheel. Founded in 2010 by Chef José Andrés, World Central Kitchen (WCK) uses the power of food to heal and strengthen communities through times of crisis and beyond. WCK weaponizes empathy and uses hot plates of food not just to nourish bodies but to share hope, dignity and a sign that someone cares and tomorrow will be better. WCK’s COVID-19 relief response has served more than 20 million meals to vulnerable communities and frontline responders across the country. For more info, visit WCK.org.”

The show itself features a beloved second set, which includes an exploratory “Tweezer” > “Golden Age” pairing and an impromptu cover of “Takin’ Care of Business,” which was also the first time Phish had ever played the song.
