Legendary all-female band Ace of Cups have released a new song, “Made For Love.” It features vocals by Bob Weir, Jackson Browne and David Freiberg (of Jefferson Airplane and Quicksilver Messenger Service).

The new track is a “special radio-edit” from the band’s upcoming sophomore record, Sing Your Dreams, which is due out on Aug. 18. (Quote via press release.) Their self-titled debut record came out in 2018.

In an interview with Rolling Stone, Ace of Cups’ Denise Kaufman said: “We felt that with the coronavirus, we just wanted to put something out that expressed how we felt. We wanted to dig down into the place that we ultimately all know we’re connected. We’re all here together, and we’re made for love.”
