Elton John has added a slew of new dates to his “Farewell Yellow Brick Road” tour, including dates in Canada as well as two nights in Las Vegas, Nashville, Philadelphia and a closing show on Long Island, NY.

“I’m 71. I can’t physically do the traveling anymore,” the rock legend said of his final tour in a recent press conference. “I want to be at home. I really want to spend time with my children at home. I’ve had an incredible life, but life is all about change.”

John later added, “I want to go out with a bang … It’ll be the most produced, fantastic show I’ve ever done.”
