The Disco Biscuits celebrated their very first New Year’s Eve in the Southeast with a stop at the famed Tabernacle

Among the highlights, early renditions of “Mindless Dribble” and “Spraypaint Victory,” which completed versions started earlier in the run. The band’s New Year’s Eve countdown began with the start of the third set as the group launched into Trans Siberian Orchestra’s “Wizards in Winter,” played for the first time since July 3, 2008 and for just the ninth time ever.

As the group welcomed in 2017, they offered up “Helicopters” with special lyrics to reflect the new year as the tune was then wrapped up at the end of the show following an encore that included “M.E.M.P.H.I.S.,” “Frog Legs” and “Kitchen Mitts.”
