Last week, Courtney Love shared a Christmas memory in the form of an old photo of her with then-husband Kurt Cobain and their young daughter, Frances Bean, who was dressed in a Santa suit.

The caption on her Instagram contained a heartfelt note to Cobain, calling him “the greatest true love I’ve ever experienced in my life” and thanking him for giving her “the gift that makes life worth living, our incredibly talented, loving, beautiful and gifted daughter.” View the post below.
