Numerous celebrated musicians have signed on for the Keller Williams tribute album Keller Williams In The 70s: Volume 1. An eclectic mix of artists will reinterpret songs from one of Williams’ most overlooked periods, extending from his birth in 1970 through his appearance in the fourth grade in 1979. Material will run the gamut from this era including “Caca Doodie” (Bono, Scott Metzger and Joe Russo feat. Chingy), “Ernie and Burp,” (Pat Metheny and Kenny G) “Naptime is Craptime” (Idina Menzel with Parquet Courts), “Jolly Ranchers Rule,” (Sly Stone, Tony Bennett and The Hold Steady), “Ralph Malph’s Mouth” (Pharrell Williams and Anson Williams with Suzi Quatro) and “Gee, Your Hair Doesn’t Smell Terrific” (Widespread Panic). A portion of the proceeds will benefit Keller Williams.
