The funky Meters have confirmed a three-show run at New York’s Brooklyn Bowl. The mini-residency will take place from October 1-3.This is the fourth three-show run the funky Meters have hosted at the Bowl since 2011. The group—which features Art Neville, George Porter Jr., Russell Batiste. Jr. and Brian Stoltz—also spent New Year’s Eve at the Bowl’s sister venue the Capital Theatre. The funky Meters will return to the East Coast for a performance Bridgeport, CT’s Gathering of the Vibes in late-July.
