The trailer for the upcoming documentary Muscle Shoals has premiered over at Rolling Stone. The film tells the story of the Northern Alabama town and the various musicians that recorded at its iconic studios—Rick Hall’s FAME Studios and Muscle Shoals Sound Studio. Muscle Shoals features interviews with, and never-before-seen footage of, artists like Mick Jagger, Keith Richards, Aretha Franklin, Gregg Allman, Wilson Pickett, Steve Winwood and Bono, among others . The film will premiere on January 26 at the Eccles Theatre during the 2013 Sundance Film Festival, which takes place January 17-27 in Park City, UT.
