Slip bassist Marc Friedman recently moved to the West Coast to join Big Light. Now that he is in the Bay Area, the bassist has confirmed some other shows, too. On September 15, Friedman will perform with a new group consisting of Leslie Helpert, Ross Peacock and Rob Ewing at Rob and Rebecca’s Music Emporium. The evening will focus on Helpert’s songs as well as “other surprises.” Tables and Chairs recording artists Chemical Clock will also appear.
