The Hangout Music Fest will host a Thursday Kickoff Party presented by Dos Equis on May 17. The event will run from 2-11PM, featuring nine bands on two stages at the Hangout site. The lineup this year includes Big Gigantic, Preservation Hall Jazz Band, Dirty Dozen Brass Band, Boombox, Perpetual Groove, Zoogma, Nobody Beats The Drum, Delta Rae, The Kingston Springs and Tauk. Tickets go on sale tomorrow at 10:00 am CDT via the festival’s official website.
