North Carolina’s Mantras will host their MantraBash Music & Art Festival at Ferguson, NC’s High Country Motorcycle Camp from June 21-June 23, 2012. Once a local gathering, this year the festival has expanded to include some national acts like Robert Walter Trio, Particle, The Werks, Brothers Past, Yo Mama’s Big Fat Booty Band, Josh Phillips Folk Festival, BIG Something, Tiny Boxes and Former Champions, among others. The weekend will also benefit the Humane Society of Wilkes County and their plans to build a shelter for homeless pets. MantraBash’s promoters promise that “no national acts will overlap with each other,” and Mantras will perform each day. The festival space will also offer a KidZone and waste reduction programs.
