The Old 97s have confirmed a string of spring and summer dates, taking the group to California and back. Billed as ‘An Evening With The Old 97s,’ the creative package will feature opening sets from band members Rhett Miller and Murry Hammond, both of whom have recently released new material. Highlights include four nights at Hoboken, NJs Maxwell’s (6/19-20, 23-4), a free show at Asheville, NCs Bele Chere (7/25) and a tour-closing performance at Atlantas Variety (7/26). As of press time, the run of shows is scheduled to begin in Rochester, NY on June 18 at part of the Party in the Park concert series.
