The Dead will perform The Late Show with David Letterman on April 23 while in New York for an appearance at Madison Square Garden. The news follows an earlier announcement that Phil Lesh, Bob Weir and Warren Haynes will perform acoustically on The View this coming Monday. As previously reported, the group will kick off a mammoth tour in Greensboro, NC on April 12.
