John Popper sat in with a few different bands in Austin while Blues Traveler has been off the road. On Saturday, JJ Grey & MOFRO played a sold-out show at Austin, TXs Antone’s, and Popper played harmonica on both Ho Cake and Got My Mojo Workin. Popper also took the stage with the North Mississippi Allstars at the same venue on January 16 for Will It Go Round In Circles, KC Jones and Mean Old World. Blues Traveler will hit the road for a few dates later this month, beginning with a February 13 performance at Ft. Lauderdale, FLs Culture Room. Meanwhile, MOFRO will perform at Bloomington, INs Bluebird tomorrow, while the North Mississippi Allstars will appear at Lawrence, KSs Granada Theater the same evening.
