Jacob Fred Jazz Odyssey will mark its 15th anniversary by giving its new studio album, Winterwood, away as a free download. The album marks founding bassist Reed Mathis’ last appearance with the band, though the group plans to continue on as a quartet, with upright bassist Matt Hayes and guitarist Chris Combs joining pianist Brian Haas and drummer Josh Raymer. The quartet will appear at Fayetteville, ARs George’s Majestic with The Doldrums this evening.
