As previously reported, Lotus will spend Halloween at Philadelphias Theatre of the Living Arts. The group has also confirmed that the theme for its homecoming Halloween show will be Live Fast, Die Young – The 27 Conspiracy. Throughout the night, the group will pay tribute to many of the musicians who have passed away at the age of 27. Oddly enough, a number of major musicians have died at the age of 27, including Jimi Hendrix, Janis Joplin, Jim Morrison, Pigpen, Brian Jones, Robert Johnson and Kurt Cobain. Fans are encouraged to dress up like their favorite rock star, alive or dead, or simply come decked out in their Friday best. Meanwhile, the bands fall tour in support of Hammerstrike will continue this evening at Urbana, ILs Canopy Club.
