While we are on the subject of cancellations (see below), Columbus, Ohio-based former New Groove of the Month One Under has announced a change in its weekend plans. Due to a ‘band member’s family emergency,’ the group has cancelled its Saturday night performance in St. Joseph, MI. Tonight’s show in Toledo at Mickey Finn’s, will still take place but rather than a One Under gig, it has been transformed into a ‘Three Under’ show, featuring vocalist Ed McGee, guitarist Mike Iannicello and percussionist Johnny Polansky. The trio likely will offer some rare covers and quite possibly draw in some guest musicians as well.
