The third installment of Baltimore’s Virgin Mobile Festival will return on August 9 and 10. Bob Dylan will make his debut appearance at the festival which once again will take place at Pimlico Race Course. Dylan joins a roster of performers that includes Wilco, Chuck Berry, Foo Fighters, The Offspring, Iggy & The Stooges, Kanye West, Nine Inch Nails, Stone Temple Pilots, Rodrigo y Gabriela, Sharon Jones and the Dap Kings, Gogol Bordello and many others. In addition, the King of 2008 Summer Festivals, Jack Johnson, will be on hand as well. Tickets for the Virgin Fest will go on sale this Saturday, May 3.
