On May 9 and 10, the Fare Thee Well Foundation will produce The Day Celebration. This is the the second installment of the festival that will serve to benefit four Georgia-area charities. Scheduled to appear at The Day Celebration are: Col. Bruce & The Quark Alliance, Blueground Undergrass, The Lee Boys, Dubconscious, the Ralph Roddenberry Band, Donna Hopkins Band, Deep Blue Sun and others. The event will conclude with a late night ‘Family Jam’ that will draw together many of the participants. The Day Celebration will take place on an 80-acre farm, in Buckhead, GA and the event will donate proceeds to Brain Tumor Foundation for Children, Inc., Georgia Coalition to End Homelessness, Inc., The Georgia Wildlife Federation and the Humane Society of Morgan County.
