Sam Kininger’s new album, Anthem, will hit stores in Japan today. Though the disc will not be officially released in the states until later this year, U.S. fans can still purchase the disc through Amazon.com. Kininger will celebrate the album’s release by rejoining Soulive for a number of dates, beginning with an appearance at Troy, NY’s Revolution Hall this evening. The Saxophonist is expecting to remain on the road with the group through their April 12 appearance at Oneonta, NY’s General Clinton Pub. Kininger has also lined up some Lettuce shows with Eric Krasno, including a May 7 appearance at New York’s Bowery Ballroom.
