Three former Jambands.com New Groove of the Month artists will perform together at New Yorks Ace of Clubs this Friday. The Jambands.com-sponsored event, which is being billed as Aces Full: A Showcase of Three New Groove of the Month Artists, will feature performances by Licorice (October, 2005), BuzzUniverse (November, 2007) and Bugg Juice (October, 2007) beginning at 8 PM. The Jambands.com staff has picked a New Groove each month since the sites launch in 1998, including future stars like Robert Randolph & the Family Band, Umphreys McGee, Yonder Mountain String Band, Particle, Fat Mama, The Breakfast, The Duo, Grace Potter, Rose Hill Drive, Lake Trout, The Slip, The Avett Brothers, ALO, New Monsoon, Tea Leaf Green, RAQ, Perpetual Groove and Lotus, among many others.
