On September 14-16 Nelson Ledges Quarry Park will host The Recipes final performances. The Recipe Family Cookout will take place at the Garrettsville, Ohio outdoor venue along with such artists as Cornmeal, One Under, Jenn Wertz (Rusted Root), Burning River Band and Chitlin. A number of the bands long list of alumni will be in attendance as well (possibly Kris Kehr, Chris Q, Hannah Ross or who knows, maybe even original vocalist Kristin Wolverton or some her successors, Judie Edlow and Cameron Lewis). Certainly the bands co-founder Joe Pritchard will be on hand, with additional details available at the Nelson Ledges site.
