On Wednesday night in Minneapolis, New Monsoon and ALO offered a taste of what is to come when they shared the bill at the Cabooze. At the close of ALOs set at the Minneapolis venue, both bands took the stage for a version of the Beatles’ ‘With a Little Help From My Friends. Additional interplay can be expected in early August when the groups will appear together over four dates. ALO and NM will travel from Vancouver (Richards on Richards, August 1) to Bellingham, WA (The Nightlight, August 2) to Seattle (Neumos, August 3) an on to Bend, Oregon where both bands will appear at the Four Peaks Music Festival. This evening, New Monsoon is at Shank Hall in Milwaukee, while ALO is in Chillicothe, IL at Summer Camp.
