The latest Everyone Orchestra event will take place May 26 at Portland, OR’s Disjecta Gallery. In addition to founder/conductor Matt Butler, this incarnation of the rotating cast will include Michael Kang, longtime Leftover Salmon bassist and EO regular Tye North, frequent Yonder Mountain String Band collaborator Darol Anger, keyboardist Asher Fulero, and the Eleven Eyes Horns. The event coincides with the City Repair Project’s The Village Building Convergence 2007, where ‘neighborhoods activate to build shared public places that they have envisioned, designed, funded, and will maintain for themselves as part of a larger goal of crafting a network of interconnected village centers.’
