Another New Groove of the Month alum is in our news today. U-Melt has announced its first dates of 2007. The band will begin its winter tour next Friday, January 26 at Mexicali Blues Cafe in Teaneck, NJ. From here the group will route up and down the east coast over the ensuing two months, wrapping things up on March 24 with a hometown gig at New York Citys Irving Plaza on a bill with Tea Leaf Green. A DVD that chronicles the groupss 2005 New Years Eve performance is now available in limited supplies, with details available at the bands website.
