The anticipated, intriguing studio collaboration between Bruce Hornsby and Ricky Skaggs is now set for a March release. The pair are joined by Skaggs Kentucky Thunder on the disc, with Hornsby adding piano to the groups classic bluegrass instrumentation. The eponymous release offers new original material, novel takes on such songs as Horsnbys A Night On The Town and Mandolin Rain, as well as a cover of Rick James Super Freak. The artists will be touring together later this year, with an initial gig this coming Sunday at B.B Kings in New York City.
